Hmmm what happened to the 2/3rds vote to implement new taxes WA State? Senate Bill 5622, the bill that imposed a new tax has passed. We will all pay more per year to get a “Discover Pass” to use State Land. Boating, snowmobile, hunting… all of it. What happened to the State Funds for Parks etc?
